Envision Response Wins Electronic Retailing Association's Best Short Form Spot in Hispanic Category
SEATTLE, WA, September 30, 2008- September 23rd was a big day for Seattle-based DRTV producer Envision Response, as they were chosen to receive two major awards at the Electronic Retailing Association (ERA) Annual Convention, held in Las Vegas.
Judging for this event is based on peer-review, along with sales and marketing success.
Both awards were for Best Short Form Housewares Spot, including Best Short Form Spot in the Hispanic category.
Envision produced the Hispanic spot, in cooperation with agency Marketing Direct Inc based out of St Louis, Mo., for Community Health Plan of Washington. This innovative spot was successful in meeting the client’s goal of obtaining new customers for Health insurance services within the fast-growing Spanish-speaking population.
Envision also created an English-language version of the spot. This meant that particular attention needed to be paid to casting and adaptation of the script to meet length, message and dialect requirements.
"We have done conversions of English to Spanish in the past using dubbed voiceovers, but this was our first time producing a spot in native Spanish with Spanish speaking talent.
